Return requests can be submitted within 3 days of delivery when the item is unused and in original condition.
Return requirements: - Item is unopened or has no signs of use. - Original packaging, accessories, and included parts are present. - Valid proof of purchase is provided (order number/invoice).
Non-returnable cases: - Opened/used products unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. - Completed services (such as tuning or maintenance) after fulfillment. - Items damaged by misuse, incorrect handling, or unauthorized modification.
How returns are handled: - Contact support first before sending any item back. - Our team confirms eligibility and return instructions. - Returned items are inspected after receipt to verify reported condition.
Refund process: - Approved refunds are issued using the available payment method or another agreed method. - Refund timing depends on provider processing time and payment channel. - Shipping charges and non-recoverable transaction fees may be deducted when applicable.
